Ultan is an ultimate professional that always has the answers to any questions. He was there during every stage with updates and reminders. And always followed up on issues and had them rectified during the build process even when items required by council had not been listed. Very happy with the build and the real estate suggested. Now just waiting to see what happens come this tax year. Thanks Ultan hopefully we will be working together again in the future.
