I have purchased 2 properties so far through Hibernian Wealth Australia. Both of my properties being dual occupancy new builds, I have been very impressed and my expectations exceeded with the whole process.
The builds went up super quick the builder was more then happy to show me through the half built houses and was happy to answer any questions I had and was stress and hassle free to deal with.
I was then referred to a local real estate agent who was easy to deal with and just made the process so easy again, the real estate agent worked in with the builder to take photos of them roughly a week before full completion to advertise and sure enough tenants moved in the day the keys were handed over so they weren’t sitting vacant for weeks on end costing me money, all tenants signed up for 12 month leases and for more rent then that was originally budgeted for which was great!
